The primary function of the membrane regulator is to regulate the flow of water in all Jura espresso machines.  Without this pressure equalizer, the pump will be noisier and not generate enough pressure. The pressure regulator regulates the water flow.  This is the part that leaks frequently and therefore is the most frequently replaced item in all Jura espresso machines. It connects to the ULKA pump with 1/8" threaded connector. The connection to the outlet tube is different for Teflon tube (with hairpin lock) or the re-enforced Silicone hose (connects with a clamp). This pressure regulator is also used in Delonghi models.

Suitable for all Jura Impressa  C, E, F, J, S, Z and X series, Capresso C1000, C1300, C1500, C2000, and C3000 models; Jura ENA3, ENA 4, ENA5, and ENA9.  Also works for Jura X7 and X9 commercial espresso machines.
